Registration fee

The registration fees are in EURO (€), as follows:

In accordance with the Italian VAT law, 20% VAT has been added to all registration fees. Companies can recover the VAT after the Congress. Full details on refund conditions will be handed out upon registration in Venice.

Note that co-workers and business associates are not considered as partners.

Each exhibiting company is entitled to one (1) complimentary registration and one (1) complimentary exhibitor badge. The congress secretariat (MCI) will contact registered exhibitors directly both for the complimentary and additional registrations.

The delegate's fee includes:

• opening ceremony, scientific sessions, exhibition and closing session
• congress documentation, including Proceedings on cd-rom
• social programme: welcome and farewell parties
• light lunches Monday-Wednesday

The partner's fee includes:

• social programme: welcome and farewell parties
• full-day tour on Monday 7 May

The registration fees do not include:

• travel to technical visit
• hotel deposit

Registration

Registration for the congress and reservation of hotel accommodation is possible through EBC's website: http://www.ebc-nl.com/

You can also register by using the enclosed registration form. Registrations will be confirmed upon receipt of payment. Participation in events included in the fee should also be marked. The registration form is for one delegate and his/her partner.

EBC members / non-EBC members

The congress secretariat will verify membership of an EBC Member Organisation.

Payment

Payment should be made in advance as follows:

• by credit card: American Express, Eurocard/MasterCard and Visa. The card number and expiry date must be filled in on the registration form.
• Bank transfer to MCI Suisse SA, EBC 2007 - CP 2600 - CH-2111 Geneva 2, Switzerland. Account number 240-369.393.71L - Clearing 240 - Swift UBSWCHZH12A. IBAN CH18 0024 0240 369393 71L. Please mention your name and ref. ebc2007 on payment.
• Banker's draft to be made payable to MCI Suisse SA, attn. EBC 2007. Please mention your name and ref. ebc2007. Cross the draft and send it together with the registration form by ordinary mail. It is regretted that personal, company or Eurocheques cannot be accepted.

Remittances should be free of bank charges to the receiver. Receipt of payment will be confirmed.

After 25 March 2007, only payments made by credit card will be accepted.

Cancellations, modifications and refunds

All cancellations must be sent in writing to the congress secretariat. The following refund policy shall apply: prior to 25 March 2007 all fees except a cancellation fee of EURO (€) 125; no refunds for cancellations received after 25 March 2007.

If you should be prevented from attending, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place. An administrative fee of EURO (€) 50 will then be charged.

Registration in Venice

Registration for the congress will start on Sunday 6 May, 11.00 hrs. The registration desk in the Palazzo del Casinò, is open as follows:
